• If you are outside the supplier's country of origin, you confirm that you have reviewed local laws and regulations. All responsibilities and liabilities related to customs and local regulations are assumed by the buyer.
• You expressly waive the supplier's responsibility or liability for importation or customs issues. These issues and liabilities are the buyer's responsibility.
